SPARRING

PRACTICE

 

Sparring is used to help a fighter develop their Boxing skills in the ring while working with another person.  Sparring can range from super light to full contact Boxing. We often start with drills to help the fighter build the skills and confidence they need to learn how to Box. Sparring is conducted with supervision to ensure maxiumum safety of participants. 

 

 

 

DEFENSE

  • Learn how to block and move your head in defense of punches

  • Defense is just as important as punching and footwork

FOOTWORK

  • learn how to move in the ring with proper footwork

  • Important if you are looking to spar or fight

FIGHT

TEAM

  • Join the Outbox Fighting Team

  • Members learn how all the elements of fighting and will work with one another in the ring
