Our LGBTQ+ classes are Queer-led and suitable for all levels of experience. We openly welcome everyone from the community to come and train with us! These classes are designed to be fun and supportive: our goal at OutBox is for folks to come together and meet one another. Our classes and workouts are always gender-free and we encourage you to bring your truest form!
LGBTQ+ ALL-LEVELS BOXING
Our Boxing classes are suitable for all levels of experience, especially first timers! All you need to bring is your workout gear and comfortable shoes. We have gloves you can borrow so no need to buy any special equiptment.
We offer free and donation-based LGBTQ+ Strength and Fitness classes suitable for all levels of experience. All you need to bring is your workout gear and comfortable shoes and get ready to get a great workout from our Strength Coach DJ.

We have an amazing staff of queer and TGNC Trainers who will help you achieve your goals with intention. Our approach toward fitness is to align your mental and physical health -- and we want you to have fun while doing it. Whether if is your first time ever working out or you have prior experience, we have a trainer for you.
We're dedicated to helping queer folks reach their goals, however that looks. OutBox coaches are experienced in working within our community, and are here to support your specific needs. We love helping people move their bodies, and gain strength before and after surgeries of all types (specifically gender-affirming procedures.)
